Here’s how to make the fluffiest, the easiest Whole Wheat Bread that is supper easy and super delicious! It tastes just like store-bought bread but much healthier!

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat flour – 1 cup
Active Dry Yeast- 1 tsp
Honey – 1 + 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Buttermilk or Curd – 1/2 cup
Butter/Oil/Ghee- 2 to 3 tbsp
Milk or Egg Wash to brush on top

Simple Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough for 5-8 minutes
2. First proofing – 90 minutes in a bowl
3. Second proofing- 20 to 30 minutes in loaf tin
4. Preheat your oven now, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 200°C
5. Let it cool down and slice it equally

I have used Atta and home-made curd here, along with an 8-inch loaf tin (medium sized)
