Beetroot Dosa Recipe:

Ingredients:
* Dosa batter (recipe on my feed)
* 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled, boiled and chopped
* 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
* 1 tsp Jeera/Cumin seeds
* 2-3 dried red chillies (adjust to taste)
* * Salt, to taste
* Water for blending
* Oil, for cooking

Instructions:

* Combine the chopped beetroot, grated ginger, dried red chillies, and jeera seeds in a blender. Blend to form a smooth paste. You can add a splash of water if needed
* Gently fold the beetroot paste into the fermented dosa batter. The batter will acquire a vibrant pink hue
* Heat a dosa tawa and then pour a ladleful of the beetroot dosa batter onto the centre of the skillet
* Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa
* Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the edges turn golden and crispy. Flip the dosa and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serve the Beetroot Dosa hot with Spicy Green Chutney and ENJOY!!!
