Delicious and healthy oat bread on kefir with cottage cheese. This recipe does not require yeast and will take very little time! Flavorful bread with a crispy crust and the addition of garlic butter will be a great addition to any table. 🍞
Ingredients:
🔹 200 ml of warm kefir (50°C)
🔹 1 tsp. baking soda
🔹 400 g of oat flakes (grind in a blender)
🔹 1 tbsp brown sugar
🔹 1 tbsp salt
🔹 200 g cottage cheese
🔹 1 egg
🔹 Sunflower seeds and sesame seeds (for sprinkling).
🔹 Garlic + butter (for finishing)
Preparation:
1️⃣ Heat the kefir to 50°C and add the baking soda. Enjoy the reaction!
2️⃣ Grind the rolled oats in a blender until flour.
3️⃣ Add cottage cheese, egg, salt and sugar to the warm “brewed” kefir. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous mass.
4️⃣ Form the dough into bread by wetting your hands with water.
5️⃣ Sprinkle sunflower seeds and sesame seeds on top.
6️⃣ Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
7️⃣ Mix crushed garlic with melted butter, coat the bread and bake for another 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
