Delicious Malai Broccoli 🥦

A healthier take on the regular Malai Tikka Version for this New Year’s Party👌

Ingredients

10 soaked cashews
2 cheese cubes
2 chillies
1 inch ginger
4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup milk
Blend the above into smooth paste

Now Add :

2 tbsp fresh cream
4 tbsp hung curd
2 tbsp malai tikka seasoning or add 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1/3 tsp elaichi powder , 1 tsp black salt

Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling
water with some salt for 2mins & then dip those into ice cold water for 2-3mins.
Now gently squeeze out the excess water from broccoli as much as possible & add it into the marination.
Let the broccoli marinate for atleast 30-45mins.

Now roast it in Orika’s Grill and Chill kit for that yummy tandoori flavour.

Finally brush some oil or butter.

You can also bake or pan fry these in some oil.
Serve hot with dip or chutney of choice!
