Most of us forget the basic requirement for our body and mind to be fresh and active which is healthy food.
💊I suffered severe irritable bowel issues in my previous semester and came to a point where I realized that taking care of personal heath is super important.
Recently I started watching videos of @DrPal and @FitTuber, also read few articles about nutrition and decided to switched to these 6 easy and healthy breakfasts and tried for the last 3 months and it’s been much better in terms of health, I mix and match the options and sometimes take a 8-hour fasting one day every week.
I have intentionally excluded the traditional breakfast options like parotha, roti, chilla, dosa, etc. Because they would take much time. I would prefer to have them somewhere outside, once a month.
