### Day 3: Healthy Homemade Tiramisu – Guilt-Free Indulgence 🍰

Ingredients:
– 2 slices brown bread
– 1 tbsp honey
– 100g low-fat paneer
– 75g curd (dahi)
– 1 tsp peanut butter
– 1 tsp cocoa powder
– Coffee (brewed and cooled)
– Zero-calorie sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cream Layer:
– Blend paneer, curd, vanilla essence, and honey until smooth.
– Add zero-calorie sweetener if needed for extra sweetness.

2. Prepare the Bread Layers:
– Trim the edges of the brown bread slices.
– Dip each slice in brewed coffee briefly (don’t oversoak).

3. Layer the Tiramisu:
– Place one coffee-soaked bread slice as the base.
– Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture on top.
– On the next slice, spread chocolate peanut butter and dip in coffee.
– Place this slice on top of the cream layer.

4. Final Layer:
– Add another thick layer of cream on top.
– Dust with cocoa powder for the finishing touch.

5. Chill & Serve:
– Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors settle.
– Serve chilled and enjoy your guilt-free tiramisu!
