– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
1. *Dry roast the oats*: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add oats and roast until lightly browned and fragrant.
