I am so excited and thankful to have you here today! I hope this video gives you help with your Daniel Fast journey!! I know it can be overwhelming at first. I encourage you to get prepped and ready with your foods to make it easier on yourself in the beginning. And just remember Jesus is loaded with GRACE and MERCY in this season!! So dive into his love and all he wants to share with you in these next few weeks. Here is a quick breakdown of some lunch and/or dinner ideas:

Meal 1:
Brown Rice
Chickapeas
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Olives
Cafe Yum Sauce (you can buy it and have it shipped, or find a store near ya. Or look up a recipe how to make it. Its a vegan sauce that is out of this world yummy!!!)

Meal 2:
Brown Rice
Veggie Chili
Avocado

Meal 3:
Brown Rice
Veggie Stir Fry kit (Kroger Company and it came with a Pad Thai sauce. Pad thai could be very debatable bc there is a little sugar in the sauce. I don’t think there is too much so I have had it on the fast personally the last three years here and there)

Meal 4:
Veggie Chili
Sweet Potato Fries Airfried

Meal 5:
Quinoa
Garlic
Mushrooms
Green beans
