No Rice Millet Recipe / Jowar Dosa Recipe
1 Cup Jowar
1/4 Cup Black Split Urad dal
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
Salt
After washing, soak Jowar in water for five hours.
Wash Black Split Urad dal with fenugreek seeds and soak it for 1 hour.
Grind black split urad dal and jowar to a fine batter.
Add salt.
Mix it well.
Leave it to ferment for 6 hours.
Once the batter is ready, heat dosa tawa to prepare dosa.
Sprinkle some oil.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Jowar Dosa is ready.
Serve it with any chutney or sambar.
