Ingredients
Sesame Cauliflower Popcorn:
• 1 Cauliflower
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt To Taste
• Black Pepper To Taste
Sesame Soy Sauce:
• 2 tsp Sesame Oil
• 2 tsp Ginger
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 60 ml Soy Sauce
• 70 ml Honey/Maple Syrup
• 1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
• 1 tsp Sriracha/Chilli Sauce
• 2 tsp Cornstarch
• 60 ml Cold Water
• 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds & Scallions
Method
1. Take a large bowl, add chopped cauliflower, drizzle some oil, salt to taste, black pepper, cornstarch and Mix it well with a spoon.
2. Place the cauliflower pieces in a airfryer tray.
3. Air Fry it at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Keep stirring it for every 5 minutes until golden brown.
4. In a saucepan, add some sesame oil, garlic cloves, ginger and Cook for about a minute.
5. Pour in soya sauce, rice vinegar, small cup of honey and chilli sauce. Stir it all together.
6. Add a cup of cold water mixed with cornstarch. Stir it well and Let it cook until it thickens.
7. Take the bowl of fried cauliflower and pour sesame sauce over them along with a garnish of sesame seeds. Mix it well with a spoon.
8. Now take the food out in a bowl/plate, garnish with sesame seeds, scallions.
9. Ready to Eat with Veg Quiche and Wonton Cups.
