Pico De Gallo ( no set recipe I just eyeballed)
tomatoes
cilantro
onion
jalapeno
lime juice
seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, adobo

Matcha Chia Pudding
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup plant-based milk (I like coconut)
dash of cinnamon powder
maple syrup (as much as you like, depends on how sweet you want it)
Toppings: berries, fruit, granola
Add-ins: Protein powders, superfood powder, green powder

Quinoa ( Make like rice)
ex: 1 cup quinoa (rinsed and wash)
2 cups of liquid

Roasted Potatoes
olive oil for roasting, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, , adobo, pepper, salt, thyme, lemon juice

Brussel Sprouts
same as potatoes seasonings

Tofu ( same seasonings as potatoes) + Asian teriyaki sauce
Tofu Scramble ( same seasonings with the addition of turmeric, curry powder and black salt – adds egg flavor)

“Pernil” Oyster Mushrooms
garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, , adobo, pepper, salt, poultry seasoning, bbq sauce

Banana Bread
2 ripe bananas (1 more for garnish)
1/2 cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup, agave)
1/2 cup plant milk
3 flax eggs (3 TBSP + 1/4 cup water)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut flour (1/2 cup almond flour if you cant find coconut flour)
1/2 cup almond flour
2 cups oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup chocolate chips of choice (not optional lol)
2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
flakey sea salt (optional)
