Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes: 4
Paneer: 1 cup
Grated Beetroot: 2
Rice Flour: 3 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Green Coriander: 2 tbsp
Green Chilies: 2 (finely chopped)
Grated Ginger: 1 inch
Method:
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
2️⃣ Apply ghee to your hands and shape the dough into tikkis.
3️⃣ Heat a pan, grease it with ghee, and cook the tikkis on both sides until golden.
