Besan Ka Chilla, ek classic aur protein-rich Indian breakfast recipe!
Yeh raha ek high-protein version:
*Besan Ka Chilla Recipe:*
Ingredients:
– 1 cup besan (gram flour)
– 1/2 cup protein powder (whey, pea, ya soy)
– 1/2 cup chopped spinach
– 1/2 cup grated paneer (Indian cheese)
– 1/4 cup chopped almonds
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– Salt, to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Ek bowl mein, besan, protein powder, spinach, paneer, almonds, walnuts, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, aur salt ko mix karein.
2. Thoda-thoda paani add karein aur ek smooth batter banaein.
3. Ek non-stick pan mein olive oil heat karein.
4. Batter ko pan mein spread karein aur chilla ko cook karein, jab tak woh golden brown aur crispy na ho jaye.
5. Chilla ko serve karein aur lemon juice ko squeeze karein.
*Protein Content:*
– Besan: 20-25 grams protein per cup
– Protein powder: 25-30 grams protein per scoop
– Paneer: 20-25 grams protein per cup
– Almonds aur walnuts: 5-6 grams protein per ounce
Total protein content: approximately 70-80 grams per serving!
