Sourdough Sandwich Bread
130 grams bubbly starter
330 grams warm water
250 grams whole grain flour
250 grams Bob’s Red Mill Artisan unbleached bread flour
9 grams Sea Salt
65 grams Sugar
Note: This bread turns out great only using the Bob’s Red Mill Flour too.
I have also made the loaf using only whole grain flour the loaf just doesn’t turn out as high but tastes great.
