Deliciously Healthy Korean Rice Cake Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
– 300g Sliced rice cakes
– 250g Beef sirloin
– 4 Eggs
– 40g Spring onion
– 1 tbsp Sesame oil
– 1900ml Water (You can use beef bone broth for extra protein)
– 1 tbsp Minced garlic
– 2 tbsp Soy sauce
– 1 tbsp Salt
– 0.5 tbsp Pepper

Directions:
1. Soak sliced rice cakes in room temperature water for 10-20 minutes.
2. Chop beef sirloin into small cubes.
3. Add sesame oil into a pot and fry cubed beef until brown.
4. Pour water (or beef bone broth for extra protein) into pot and boil over hight heat.
5. When it starts to boil, boil over low heat for about 30 minutes.
6. Add soaked rice cakes and boil over high heat until rice cakes become soft.
7. Add minced garlic, soy sauce and season with fine salt to taste.
8. Pour beaten eggs while stirring.
9. Sprinkle green onions and turn off the heat.
