🏷️ SAVE this recipe for an easy weeknight dinner the whole family will love (including your littles!!)

1️⃣ Measure 1 cup of uncooked pastina and cook according to package instructions

2️⃣ To a high speed blender (I use a stainless steel @vitamix ), add:
– 2 cooked organic yellow squash
– 1 cup no salt added cottage cheese (1 cup packs 32g of protein 🤯)
– 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
– 1/4c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
– Optional: 1/2 tsp sea salt

Blend until creamy and pour all over the cooked pastina.

Serve warm and top with more grated parm.
