Ingredients (makes 4 very large portions):600 kcal, 78g protein per serve- 1kg turkey mince- 4 cans beans (I split 2x borlotti, 2x black)- 1 can tinned tomatoes (Mutti is good brand you can taste the difference)- 2 white onions- 1 romano pepper (or capsicum)- 4-5 cloves garlic- 2 tbsp paprika- 2 tbsp cumin- 2 tbsp oregano- 1 stock cube- 1 cup water- Favourite hot sauce (optional)- 1 tbsp honey/1pc chocolate- Bunch coriander1. Bring large pot to high heat and brown mince.2. Slice onions, pepper and chop garlic. Remove meat once browned, throw in onions and pepper. Season and lower heat.3. Once onions and pepper softened, add garlic.4. Add paprika, cumin, oregano – big stir.5. Add cup of water and stock cube – stir to dissolve.6. Bring your meat back in. Drain beans and also add to pot. Tinned tomatoes too.7. Optional: add in some heat with your favourite hot sauce.8. At this point, just let the chilly reduce, it’s gonna take a while. Around an hour.9. Stir chocolate or honey in near end, once you’ve got desired consistency.10. Finally, chop coriander and stir through.
