Kick off the new year with this healthy & delicious recipe! These Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are packed with flavor, protein, and fresh ingredients—perfect for a light lunch, snack, or meal prep.

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pre-made, store-bought chicken works just as well.)
Olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper for seasoning
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large whole wheat tortillas
4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
Cherry tomatoes & croutons (optional, but amazing!)

Directions:

1️⃣ Grill the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with olive oil and spices, then grill until juicy and perfectly cooked. Slice into strips.
2️⃣ Whip Up the Dressing: Mix Greek yogurt, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Adjust to taste!
3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps: Layer Romaine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, croutons, and dressing onto each tortilla.
4️⃣ Wrap & Enjoy: Roll them up tightly and dig in!
