🟣Ingredients:
● 2 large zucchinis
● 1 garlic clove
● Salt
● 1 lemon
● Olive oil
● Feta cheese
● Macadamia nuts
● Hazelnuts
● Pine nuts
● Raisins
● Fresh basil

🔵Preparation:
1️⃣ Slice the zucchinis thinly using a peeler or mandoline. Place in a bowl and add the crushed garlic clove, a pinch of salt, and the juice of one lemon. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours.
2️⃣ After marinating, remove the garlic clove and drain the zucchini. Pat the slices dry with paper towels and arrange them on a plate or in a salad bowl.
3️⃣ Crumble feta cheese on top of the zucchini slices.
4️⃣ Toast the macadamia nuts and hazelnuts, then chop them. Add the toasted nuts along with the pine nuts, raisins, and chopped basil to the salad.
