Recipe Ingredients:
250g Chickpeas
Season with:
1 Tsp. Onion, Garlic, Paprika, and Salt
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
add 2 Tsp. Olive Oil

I used canned chickpeas for this recipe. First, I drained them completely and then rinsed them under cold running water to remove any excess starch or residue. Next, I carefully patted them dry with paper kitchen towels to ensure they were as moisture-free as possible. This step helps to getting that deliciously crispy texture once they’re seasoned and air-fried!
