INGREDIENTS

1oz grated parmesan divided, +more for salad topping if desired
1 cup shredded chicken (see linked video for my batch prep hacks)
2 + cups romaine lettuce
1-2 tbsp ceasar dressing

DIRECTIONS

•Cook your chicken (for my batch prep method see linked video)
•Prep your salad by washing and cutting your lettuce and adding dressing
•Plug in your mini waffle maker and add 1/4 of your cheese, followed by 1/2 cup chicken, and the same amount of cheese on top.
•Cook for about 3 minutes, making sure to put pressure on the lid part of the time.
•Gently lift up, and repeat again for second chaffle.
•Plate, add your salad n top followed by more parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy!

Total calories for one: 390*

Protein: 41g
Carbs: 4g
Fat: 24g*

*For reduced fat and calories, feel free to use less, or a lower fat dressing. This is based on 2tbsp of @chosenfoods
