Recipe: A bread recipe that grandmothers used to cook 100 years ago
Grandmothers’ old bulky breads are a reminder of the taste and aroma of homes that brought a special warmth of love and affection. These breads were prepared by the skilled and laborious hands of grandmothers; Doughs that were combined with simple ingredients such as flour, salt and water, and after kneading and resting in front of the oven fire, they were made into delicious and large breads. Every time the smell of fresh bread rose from the oven, all family members gathered to enjoy this popular food with sweets and tea and enjoy the sweet moments of life.
Ingredients:
500 ml of lukewarm milk
1/200 grams of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
17 grams of dry yeast (42 grams of fresh yeast)
3 tablespoons of yogurt
5 grams of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
5 tablespoons of liquid oil
100 grams of butter
4 eggs (keep 2 egg yolks for egg wash)
Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes or until golden
