* 2 salmon fillets (about 1 lb)
* 1 tbsp olive oil

* 1 tsp paprika
* Salt and pepper to taste

* 2 salmon fillets (about 1 lb)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp dill (dried or fresh)
* 1 tsp parsley
* Zest of 1 lemon
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
3️⃣ Maple Dijon Salmon
* 2 salmon fillets (about 1 lb)
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
