Today I’d like to show you how to make vegan healthy bread. The recipe is gluten-free, soy-free and yeast-free. Just YUM!

Here is the recipe:

-Psyllium husks- 18g
-Water- 150ml + 150ml
-GF oatmeal- 100g
-Buckwheat- 150g
-Flaxseeds- 25g
-Salt- 1/2tsp
-Baking soda- 1/2tsp+
apple cider vinegar/lemon juice- 1tbsp
(or just only baking powder- 1 1/2tsp)
-Seeds of choice- optional
