Today, I am sharing a delicious and healthy breakfast recipe – Zucchini Cheela. This is one of our household favorites, made 3–4 times a week. Let’s get started!
Ingredients
• Zucchini – 1
• Grated cabbage – ½ cup
• Grated carrot – ¼ cup
• Chopped tomato – 1
• Fresh green peas – 2 tbsp
• Chopped green chili – 2
• Grated ginger – 1 tsp
• White sesame seeds – 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Red chili powder – ½ tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
• Chopped fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Gram flour – 1 cup
• Oats – ½ cup
• Water – 1 cup
• Oil – 3 tbsp
