INGREDIENTS
3 large chicken breasts – about 1 1/2-2 pounds (680 – 900g)
2 tablespoons (26g) Better than Bouillon chicken base
1/2 cup (45g) celery finely – diced
1/4 cup (45g) onion finely – diced
1 teaspoon (6g) salt – plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon (14g) granulated sugar – plus more to taste
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 cup (220g) mayonnaise
