In our busy life we forgetting our traditional food as well. Any Traditional food have a specific story and scientific value. These recipes was full of flavor and nutrients as well.
My Todays recipe is also a traditional recipe which belongs to Bihar. Bihar is always a rich state in taste of cuisine. This recipe is seasonal as well. In rainy season the availability of vegetables in rural area was very difficult task. So this recipe was made with very minimal ingredients as always available in home.
This recipe is called Damkauri. So lets try this recipe in modern age as a healthy dinner recipe.

Prep Time – 15 minutes
Ingredients:-
Wheat flour – 1 Bowl
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Dry red Chili – 1
