INGREDIENTS:
Almonds (Badam)——–1/2 cup
Walnuts (Akhrot)——–1/2 cup
Cashew Nuts (Kaju)——-1/2 cup
Deseeded Dates——–350 gram
Brown Sugar———–2-tbsp
Cinnamon Powder——1/4 tsp
Cocoa Powder———-1-tbsp
Olive Oil————–1-tbsp
Sesame Seeds———For Garnish (about ¼ cup)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a food processor. Add almonds (badam), walnuts (akhrot), Cashew nuts (kaju)
2. Grind until finely chopped (about 1 minute).
3. Now add deseeded dates, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, olive oil and grind again until all the ingredients are well combined and sticky (about 1 minute).
4. Now take 1-tbsp (heap) mixture and roll into a ball using your hands.
5. Then roll ball in sesame seeds to cover and place in a plate.
6. Repeat with remaining mixture.
7. Store in the refrigerator before serving.
