Healthy Sprouts Salad Recipe👇

Ingredients:
Green Gram Sprouts – 2 cups
Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
Chopped Carrots – 1/2 cup
Chopped Cucumber – 1/2 cup
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Hot Water – to soak the sprouts
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Preparation:
Soak the green gram or moong sprouts in hot water for 5 mins. After 5 mins, drain the water.
Add the sprouts to a big bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients listed above and mix well.
Healthy sprouts salad is ready to be served.
