Flour :
• 2 cups bajre ka atta ( pearl millet flour)
• 1/2 cup makki ka atta (maize flour)
• 1/2 cup gehu ka atta ( wheat flour)
• 1/2 cup Besan
Chopped Vegetables
• Methi
• Palak
• Coriander ( dhaniya)
• Spring onion ( pyaaz patti )
• Peas ( matar ) do not chop
• Green and red Chillies
Spices
• Jeera (1 tbsp)
• Grated Ginger ( 1tbsp)
• Salt as per taste
• Khaar/ papad khaar / Sajji khar / Alkaline Salt (1tsp)
• Baking soda ( meetha soda) – 1/4 tsp
• Safed til ( sesame seeds) 1 tbsp
• Little bit oil ( optional )
• mix well by addin water. Batter na jyada patla naa jyada thick, medium consistency
• Grease the moulds with oil and pour the batter. Dip fingers in water and spread evenly. Make a whole in the center taaki achhe se pakk jaaye.
• Now Steam it for 10 -15 mins and check. Check it with knife if it comes out clean that means its clearer
Enjoy hot with khoob saara ghee or you can also have it with dahi, kadhi, spicy chutney.
