Here is the recipe for the Perfect Breakfast:

40g Organic Oats (weighed raw)
100ml Almond Breeze Milk (can have less)
1 tablespoon Honey (can be removed to reduce 12g carbs & 49 calories)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
30g Whey Protein Shake (I prefer to have this separately as a shake as opposed to mixing it in my oats which you can do if you enjoy it)
