Crepes recipe
Ingredients for 2 Crepes (7-8 inch)
For the Batter:
– 25g multi-purpose flour
– 15g oat flour
– 1 sweetener sachet (optional )
– 100ml low-fat milk
– 1 egg white
For the Chocolate filling:
– 100g low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
– 10g Cocoa powder
– 2 Sweetener sachets
– 50 ml water (start with 30ml, then gradually add until the mixture is smooth and consistent)
For the topping:
– 40g Banana
– 40g Strawberry

– 33g Carbs
– 1.5g fat
Directions:
To make the batter, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Preheat a pan over medium-low heat and spray it with cooking oil. Pour half of the batter into the pan and cook each side for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Once done, transfer the crepe to a plate lined with paper towels and repeat with the remaining batter.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust the amount of water to achieve your preferred thickness.
Spread the filling over one half of each crepe, add your choice of fruits, then fold the crepe in half. Finish with a drizzle of honey.
