Ingredients

For the Base:

1 cup moong dal, soaked for 2-3 hours

2-3 garlic cloves

1/2 inch ginger piece

Salt to taste

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Toppings:

1-2 tbsp pizza sauce or spread

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum (shimla mirch)

1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms

1/4 cup paneer cubes

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Pizza seasoning or Italian herbs

Instructions

1. Prepare the Base:

Blend soaked moong dal with garlic, ginger, salt, and turmeric to form a smooth batter. Adjust consistency with a little water if needed—it should be like pancake batter.

2. Cooking the Mini Pizzas:

Heat a pancake pan (with 4 slots if available) on medium heat. Grease lightly with oil.

Pour a small amount of batter into each slot, spreading it slightly to form small pancakes.

3. Add Toppings:

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each mini pizza base.

Add toppings: onions, capsicum, mushrooms, and paneer cubes.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pizza seasoning.

4. Cook:

Cover with a lid and cook on low to medium heat until the cheese melts and the base is crispy.

5. Serve:

Once cooked, remove and serve warm with a sprinkle of extra pizza seasoning, if desired. Enjoy as a healthy, filling tiffin or snack
