-135g uncooked white rice
-120g black beans, drained
-200g @beyondmeat ground
-100g diced red onion
-1 tomato, diced
-chopped chives
-250g 1% cottage cheese
-30g nutritional yeast
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp garlic powder
-3/4 tsp paprika

COPYCAT PIZZA POPS

Nutrition (for 1):
280 cals, 19.5P, 38C, 4F

Ingredients (makes 4):
-200g nonfat Greek yogurt
-185g all purpose flour
-4g baking powder
-4g garlic powder
-2g salt
-80g light shredded Tex Mex cheese
-60g marinara sauce
-50g vegan pepperoni (or regular)

LOADED FRIES

Nutrition (entire recipe):
490 cals, 30.5P, 41C, 23.5F

Ingredients:
-150g frozen fries
-95g 1% cottage cheese
-25g shredded light cheddar
-25ml @fairlife skim milk
-5g minced garlic
-salt
-50g Beyond Meat ground
-green onions, chopped

Air fry fries for 15 mins at 400F
Beyond for 20 mins at 400F

CHICK’N PARM SANDWICH

-1 ciabatta bun
-1 Yves vegan chick’n burger patty
-60g tomato sauce
-1 slice light mozzarella cheese
