Palak Paneer Pakoda Recipe
Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine mashed paneer, salt, Haldi powder, methi powder, jeera powder, Dhania powder, and chilli powder. Mix well.
2. Add Palak paste: Add Palak paste to the paneer mixture and mix until well combined.
3. Shape into balls: Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each portion into a ball.
4. Prepare the besan coating: In a separate bowl, mix besan with water to form a thick paste.
5. Coat the balls: Dip each paneer ball into the besan paste, coating evenly.
6. Fry the pakodas: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated paneer balls until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve: Serve hot Palak Paneer Pakodas with chutney sauce or mayonnaise.
