Milk bread
Method:
1. Pour 1 egg, 3 grams of yeast, 10 grams of white sugar, 150 ml of milk, 15 grams of corn oil into a bowl, stir well, then pour in 250 grams of high-gluten flour, knead into a ball, cover with a lid and let it ferment until it is twice as large.
2. Sprinkle flour on the chopping board, knead the dough to remove bubbles, divide it into 8 equal parts into balls, cover and relax for 10 minutes.
3. Roll the relaxed dough into a tongue shape, fold it in half and roll it up.
4. Ferment in the oven 1.5 times larger, sprinkle a little raw flour on the surface, and make a few cuts.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven (160 degrees for 20 minutes in the air fryer)
