Ingredients:
Makes 3 x 🍽️🍽️🍽️

120g Oats (£0.12)
3 scoops (75g) protein powder (I used Vanilla MyProtein – £1.17)
400ml milk of choice (I used almond – (£0.40)
1 bag (350g) frozen raspberries (£1.89)
3 bananas (£0.54)
3 tsp (12g) baking powder (£0.12)
32g powdered peanut butter (£0.92)

Total cost: £5.16
Cost per serving: £1.72

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. You can make your homemade jam simply by microwaving or pan frying your frozen raspberries until a jam like consistency. Optionally you can add some sweetener.
3. In your glass dishes, add a banana to each and mash with a fork.
4. Then add to each: 40g oats, 25g protein powder, 1 tsp peanut butter powder, 1 tsp of baking powder and 133mls of milk.
5. Mix until fully combined. Make your powdered peanut butter into peanut butter as per packet instructions and thickness preference.
6. Then add 1/3 of your jam mixture and 1/3 of your remaining PB into each dish. Using a knife, lightly swirl the mixture to mix the jam and peanut butter.
7. Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
8. I topped mine with some extra peanut butter.
9. Serve & enjoy!
