🌿 Ingredients:

1 liter water
4-5 fresh amlas
2 inch raw turmeric
2 pc Green chilli
1 tbsp mustard seeds (rai)
Black salt (kala namak)
Regular salt
Asafetida (Heeng)

🥄 Method:

Boil 1 liter of water and let it cool to lukewarm.
Add amla, raw turmeric, green chilli, mustard seeds, and all the spices.
Stir well, cover with a muslin cloth, and keep in sunlight for 3-4 days.
Stir daily to ensure proper fermentation.
Once it turns slightly tangy, strain and enjoy !
