Add to a pot:
Water (enough to  cover eggs)
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp saltÂ
Bring water to boil.
Add eggs & cook for 6 mins.
Peel and place eggs in ice water for 10 mins.Â
Combine:
1/2 cup water
1 cup soy sauceÂ
1 tbsp sesame oilÂ
6 garlic cloves, mincedÂ
3 green onion stalks, chopped
1-2 red chili, chopped
1-2 Korean green pepper/ jalapeño, choppedÂ
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp GochugaruÂ
1/2 cup honeyÂ
Place eggs in marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or best overnight.
