Overnight oats simple healthy breakfast or just snack!
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup any milk of your choice
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon sweetener
Toppings:
1-2 Tablespoon Greek yogurt or any unflavor yogurt
Top with your favorite fruits
Procedure:
This serving in every glass
1.In a glass pour rolled or old fashioned oats follow milk,chia seeds and sweetener of your choices.Mix until all good combined.
2.Sit in a fridge for a couple of hours or overnight is the best one.
3.Bring out in a morning top with your favorite yogurt and fruits and nuts as your choices.
Yogurt,fruits and nuts are just optional as a topping you can add or just without.
