Ingredients: ( makes for two)
2-3 fresh amla (Indian gooseberries), deseeded and chopped
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1/2 inch raw turmeric (optional)
2 lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Add the chopped amla and ginger to a blender.
Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
Add in the lemon juice. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve and stir well. Freeze them into cubes & batch make them. Keep them in zip lock bag for 15 days to a month.
