OLIVE OIL, OATMEAL, BANANA BREAD! This healthy banana bread recipe is as easy as making a smoothie because it’s all done in a blender!
The olive oil adds healthy fats and keeps the banana bread unbelievably moist. Oatmeal brings the fiber we need
1 cup of old-fashioned oatmeal
3 very ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of light brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Garam masala
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
Preheat your oven to 350⁰ Fahrenheit
Spray an 8 inch loaf pan with non-stick baking spray and line it with parchment paper
Grind the oatmeal in the blender for about 30 seconds
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth. Scrape down the blender pitcher with a spatula if necessary
Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour
