Here is the detailed recipe of vegetable fried rice

*RECIPE*
1. Take 3 to 5 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add a chopped chilli and 1/2 tbsp of jeera in it.
3. Add a chopped Onion, a chopped tomato, 1/2 carrot and capsicum, and peas as per your choice.
4. Saute all the ingredients well.
5. Now add 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder, table salt as per your choice, 1/3 tbsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp of garama Masala and saute all the ingredients well.
6. Now add two small bowls of boiled rice and mix them well.
7. Garnish it well with green coriander and your vegetable fried rice is ready.
