· 2.5lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
· 1.25 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
· 0 Calorie Hot Sauce as desired (use your favorite)
· 1.25 cup (300g) Bread Crumbs (I used Trader Joe’s Organic)
· 12 oz Frank’s Red Hot Nashville Hot Wings Sauce

· 1.25lb Shell Pasta
· 5 Cup Shamrock Low fat Cottage Cheese
· 8 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
· 7 oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
· 1.25 Cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk
· 2.5 Tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning
D I R E C T I O N S
1. Add buttermilk, hot sauce to bowl, slice chicken into bites and dredge thoroughly
2. In a gallon ziploc bag, add breadcrumbs and chicken, shake thoroughly and air fry @ 375 F for 15 minutes
3. While chicken is air frying, cook pasta according to box instructions on stove or in Instant Pot and drain water
4. Blend cheese ingredients until smooth, add to pasta and stir in
5. In a mixing bowl, pour wings sauce over cooked chicken and coat thoroughly
6. Distribute evenly into containers for the week (I used small containers from Six Pack Bags, but you can divide into 10 or 5 containers for larger portions!)
