INGREDIENTS List:
1 cup skin on red lentils.
500 grams Chicken breast diced (you can also use chicken thighs)
2 cups spinach
1 cup of your favorite vegetable (optional)
1 medium onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli or paprika
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp of garam masala
Fresh Coriander
Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
Salt to taste (I used 1.5 tsp)
1 tsp of ghee. I prefer ghee for this recipe as it gives a nice flavor. You can also use oil or butter.
