In today’s video, I’m sharing a full day of easy vegetarian recipes that help me stay fit and healthy *without* spending hours in the kitchen! These meals are simple to make, they actually taste good (coming from a super picky eater… lol), and they’re perfect for fat loss. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find realistic, quick recipes when you’re busy. Most ‘easy’ recipes I find end up being annoyingly complicated and difficult to make. But the meals I share today are all SUPER easy and beginner-friendly… like, *actually*.
In this video I’ll take you through everything I eat and drink, from my morning coffee all the way through dinner and dessert! If you’re looking for lower-calorie, vegetarian meals that prioritize protein and fiber, and can all be made in just a few minutes with minimal ingredients, then hopefully you’ll love this video!

Just a note: I really try to listen to my hunger cues and adjust what I eat depending on how I feel that day. Some days I eat more, some days I eat less, and I try not to stress about it. I wasn’t as hungry this day as I normally am, so I ate a bit less than usual. Part of it was probably because I was eating a lot of fiber and protein, which are both really filling! I didn’t want to say I ate more just for the sake of being a “good example” in the video, but I did want to add that disclaimer. This video is just a snapshot of one day—I don’t eat like this every single day! 🫶🏼
