My number 1 health hack is to meal plan.I’ve been intermittent fasting for the past 20 years, so my most important meal of the day is lunch. Planning ahead is super important. I always cook in bulk. Having 4 children (now in their 20’s), I’ve always prepared BIG meals. Now that the kids are grown up and moved out, I still prepare healthy meals as if I’ve cooking for 6. That way, I have plenty of healthy food on hand to warm up in the microwave for a healthy lunch in under 2 minutes.
