CALORIES AND MACROS

INGREDIENTS

– 5 large chicken breasts cut into cubes
– 5 table spoons garlic
– 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
– 1 cup chicken stock
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 teaspoon Thyme
– 1 teaspoon Oregano
– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
– 1 table spoon basil
– 1 container orzo pasta
-1/4 cup parm cheese
– 2 HEAPING hand fulls of fresh spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

1. ‌cut your chicken into cubes, set your instant pot to sauté setting and add 3 table spoons garlic.
2. Once the garlic is sautéed, add your chicken and cook thoroughly.
3. After your chicken is cooked, add chicken stock, heavy whipping cream, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, sun dried tomatoes, and basil.
4. Put your instant pot top on and pressure cook for 20mins
5. Fast release your pot, then add parm cheese, orzo and spinach and give a good mix
6. Put the instant pot top back on for 2 to 3 minutes until the orzo pasta is thoroughly cooked and serve, you can top with red pepper flakes and parm cheese
