1 Bowl chopped spinach
1 bowl broccoli
1 Bowl grated carrot
1 inch chopped ginger
1 chopped onion
2 green chillies (as per taste)
chopped coriander
Salt as per taste
half bowl flour
half bowl barley flour
half bowl corn flour and two tablespoon wheat flour
1 tsp cumin seeds
sesame seeds
oil
