🌱I’m vegan too btw🌱

– Starting the day with coffee always 😍 I have Oatly Barista in it, IYKYK

– Protein chia pudding, topped with berries, grapefruit and seeds plus a couple of slices of sourdough 👌🏼

– Lil snack of a Coke Zero and these BBQ corn bites, which are lush

– Bol bean stew and a biscoff trek protein bar for lunch

– Tandoori masala slow cooker curry for dinner with quinoa

I aim to eat as little ultra processed food as possible.

So when I’m buying “quick” foods like the corn snacks and the Bol, I’m looking at the ingredients checking for random chemicals I’ve never heard of, preservatives and added sugar/oil
